Haven Place Doulas (HPD) is a global company that provides nurturing and unwavering support to women of color and their families who are pre-planning, expectant, or post-partum. Our core mission is to educate and empower women of color and their families by equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to advocate for themselves within the healthcare system. We recognize the alarming rates of black maternal and infant mortality in the United States, so we go beyond conventional care by offering transformative support that addresses the unique challenges faced by our community. We believe that every birth is special and unique and that every woman who desires additional support and encouragement should be able to receive it. HPD offers a range of doula services and beyond to help support women of color and their families during this precious time in their lives.
