+ Placenta encapsulation is the act of steaming, dehydrating, and/or crushing the placenta, then putting the resulting powder into pills or capsules for consumption. This consumption is usually done by a mother after childbirth and is believed to have some health benefits, though that is not medically proven. • Pick up & Drop off fee: $35 (waived for birth clients who add the service to their birth doula package) • Additional services: ◦ Placenta Prints: $25 ◦ Placenta Salve: $150 ◦ Placenta Treats: $25 per dozen ◦ Placenta Broth: $10 ◦ Cord Keepsake: Free (Depends on how much cord is available) ~ Add-ins^ are $10 each for a maximum of 3 add-ins ^Add-ins: ◦ Holy Basil ◦ Raspberry Red Leaf ◦ Fennel Seeds ◦ Ashwagandha Root ◦ Macca Root ◦ Oat Straw ◦ Turmeric ◦ Lavender ◦ Calendula *The benefits of placenta and each add-in should be reviewed and researched by the client.
