Foundational Daytime Postpartum Support
 
Foundational postpartum support designed to ground, steady, and gently hold families in the early weeks.
 
Schedule:
2 daytime shifts per week
4 hours per shift
8 hours/week × 6 weeks = 48 total hours
 
Includes (Daytime Support):
Newborn care
Baby laundry
Tidying of common areas and baby spaces
Light meal prep or meal preparation (groceries provided by family)
Feeding and lactation support
Parent rest support (holding baby while parent showers or rests)
Emotional support, companionship, and reassurance
Sibling support related to baby care only

Does not include: pet care, deep cleaning, or errands unless pre-arranged
